The result of various studies show that children who never get enough sleep time (nine hours for elementary age) can experience an interference at school, have a high risk to experience accident, and often misregard as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) coz the symptoms are resemble.
Experts have some tips on how to make the children sleep in the right way, here it is:
- Make a sleep schedule every nights, and your child have to obey it.
- Make a special occasion that can make the children relax, such as bathe the children with a warm water or tell a story before they sleep.
- Avoid give a food for them just before the sleep time.
- Make a relax playing time after dinner, coz too much sport like's activity make the child more active or wake.
- Keep the bedroom in dark profile and quiet. If they need light, give only a small lamp.
