ANEMIA

Fact : Ferrous defficiency or anemia attack 10 times more often happen in children with stroke than others who not in stroke condition. Besides that, Fe defficiency may increase up to 8 percent in children at the age of 1-3 years. Fe defficiency in daily consumption is the main reason of anemia.

This fact reported in a Pediatrics journal by Dr Patricia C. Parkin from Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada, with her colleague. She ran the research to 15 children in the age of 2 with stroke condition and to 143 children without stroke.
