Juventus Face the Champions League

Now it can be said: “mission accomplished”. Juventus are back in the Champions League. With three League games still to go, the Bianconeri have guaranteed access at least to the preliminary stages, and could even get to second place, which would mean entering the main competition directly.Juve only needed one point; against Lazio they got all three. The match was already over after just 33 minutes, with four goals scored by Chiellini, Camoranesi, Del Piero and Trezeguet. The final result was 5-2, with Lazio’s Bianchi and Siviglia (later sent off) avoiding an even more humiliating defeat and Chiellini scoring his second goal, just like last year in the celebratory Arezzo game when he got two. This must be another sign of fate.Ranieri's team's masterpiece is accomplished, a masterpiece begun in August and that could give even more joy up to the 17th of May (the day when the last game against Sampdoria is scheduled), such as the top scorer award, with Trezeguet (19 goals) and Del Piero (18) battling Genoa's Borriello for first place.
