Sometime pancreas also attacked by cancer. Cancer will attack the caput and corpus of pancreas. When cancer already attack the pancreas, it mean the pancreas has to removed completely.
How with blood-sugar control, when we don't have a pancreas anymore? Coz pancreas produce the insulin.
Some research in europe and US said the pancreas will grow in other part of body, such as gastre, kidney, spleen, which can produce insulin with smaller amount.
